COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is not just a tutorial on Robot Structural Analysis software but it is a complete understanding of structural design analysis of a building, how civil engineers should start the project in the software, how he/she should think, how we can model the stairs, the building and the other structural elements constituting the structure. In this course, we will design a ground floor plus five floors (4+5) type building. Firstly, we will model the project using the sections resulting from pre-sizing then depending on the demands we will determine the optimal sections of the different elements as well as their reinforcement and structural notes.
